A beautiful Swedish love story about a young vampire “girl” and her young male neighbour who is being bullied at school.
Perfect except for the horrible CGI cat scene.
4.5/5

I’ve been meaning to see this forever and it seems like everyone has found it to be pretty awesome… must find it somewhere! D:
I’m so behind it in the movie stakes…it usually takes me several months (sometimes years!) to see any cool films that come out! But I’d like to see this. Sounds interesting! I’m hoping the cat scene isn’t as dodgy as the Team America “panther” scene hehe.
How was this film scary at all? How was it even good?!
There was no proper blood or gore and where was the suspension of a horror/si-fi film! As well what the hell was the nudity about- sorry but comon’ she has not VIGINA- to be frank actually that bit was the only scary/wired freaky bit through out the film. Furthermore how does she piss? she drinks all that blood and surely it has to go some where and even this the blood is taken in as food instead of a liquid surely she must shit?
Yes- we don’t actually know if she has an ass or not but i am just assuming on the bases that she has not wee-wee hole.
But any way, back to the point. It was not scary. It was not good. The english dubbing was atrocious- the boys sounded like girls, the girls sounded like trainees. It would at least be a bit better if they sounded kinda normal.
And last but not least. The kiss! Oh my goolly-gosh no person, even if they are a 12 year old psycho boy, would kiss a mouth/face covered in a old mans, how probably a STI, blood. That was just plain gross.
It is awful.
You really must! It’s amazing (that is of course if you like arthouse movies and vampires).
Well, it wasn’t scary. It wasn’t supposed to be. It’s an art house film, not a horror. That’s why I called it a love story, and not a scary movie.
And you obviously watched a crappy dubbed version of it. It’s a Swedish film and it’s supposed to be watched in Swedish with sub titles.
